Job Description
Accounting Principals has partnered with a home building company in Carrollton, TX! They are looking for a contract to hire Staff Accountant. This role will pay up to $50K and will interview and start ASAP!
What you will be doing:
- Full-cycle Accounting
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Account analysis and reconciliation
- Preform month end close process
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Assist with implementing control policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables)
- ERP software experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deadline-driven, detail-oriented and organized
