Job Description
Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills for a position at a thriving property management company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a temp-to-hire role working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that will focus primarily on administrative and receptionist functions.

 

This role will require administrative, minor AP, customer service and communication skills.  General duties will include assisting with filing, answering phones, apply for permits, utility disconnects, underground locates, coding AP, and other administrative duties.  Ideal candidates will be able to analyze any situation and offer a quick resolution plus thrive in results-oriented environment.   

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coding invoices
  • Permits applications
  • Utility disconnects
  • Underground locates
  • Answer phones and minor reception duties
  • Scan and upload lease documents
  • Maintain office environment and order supplies
  •  

    Qualifications include:

  • Permits and underground locate experience preferred but not required
  • 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Excel utilization including formatting & formulas
  • Construction, remodeling, or real estate background preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  •  

    Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized
  • Able to identify priorities, analyze and problem solve
  • Able to communicate professionally with crews, customers and management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good typing and 10 key skills
  • Positive attitude and able to thrive under deadlines
  •  

    Experience:

    Minimum 2-4 years of related experience

     

    Employment Type:

    Part-time, Temp-to-hire

     

    Compensation:

    $13-$15 hour USD

     

    Work Hours: 7am-4pm  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays , 20-24 hours per week
