Job Description

Accounting Principals is looking for an Operations Manager to join a team for a Moving and Storage company located in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in management and leadership.  

 

Responsibilities Include: 

Planning, scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring quality assurance throughout a moving process

Hiring the right crew members and training them effectively

Safety, Compliance, & DOT

Selling and Leading your sales team

Maintaining high customer satisfaction

Maintaining high ratings on Google and Facebook

Meeting Monthly Revenue goals

Meeting profit projection goals

 

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual (Preferred)

5+ years of experience leading others

5+ years of experience in the moving industry (preferred)

Experience with logistics (preferred)

Ability to become DOT certified

Willing to participate in pre-employment background and drug screening processes

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment

 

Hours:

Full-time

Monday – Friday

Onsite

 

Compensation:

Salary, based on experience

Health benefits
