Full Charge Bookkeeper

A local public accounting firm is partnering with Accounting Principals to search for a direct hire, full charge bookkeeper position in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of recent Full Charge booking experience utilizing QuickBooks. Pay for this position will range between $45K and $55K annually depending on experience and education. To be considered for this role, you must have recent QuickBooks experience. QuickBooks certification is highly preferred.

Primary Job Duties:

• Reviewing and processing invoices
• Reconciling the general ledger accounts
• Preparing financial reports
• Month and Year end duties for clients
• Processing local, state, and federal taxes
• Work directly with clients to help them with their QuickBooks issues
• Processing payroll and payroll taxes
• Additional projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

• At least four recent years of full charge bookkeeping
• Previous knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
• Able to self-manage and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills
