Full Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative

Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk / Admin with family office experience for a family-owned private investment company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that will focus on bookkeeping and administrative functions.

This role will involve general bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable and re-billing for affiliated business units.  Additionally, this position will be tasked with various special administrative projects and functions.  Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Sage and Wolfepak software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • General bookkeeping
  • 1099 filings
  • Credit card reconciliations and coding
  • Monthly re-billing
  • General office duties and administrative projects
  • Back-up receptionist as needed

Qualifications include:

  • Experience using Wolfepak and Sage software
  • Good Accounting background
  • Experience in a private investment or family office environment


  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Team player
  • Forward thinking and able to improve processes where needed
  • Excel skills including formulas, creating spreadsheets, and formatting
  • Strong ten-key
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Able to focus on details


  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp-To-Hire


  • $45K-$60K annually

Work Hours:

  • M-Th 8-5, F 8-3
