E-Commerce Customer Service Rep

Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with E-Commerce experience for a full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily customer service, order processing and fulfillment.

Ideal candidates for this position will be tech savvy and enjoy a hands-on approach to customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process internet orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls and emails quickly
  • Analyze and offer resolutions to customer issues
  • Various special projects


  • Above average computer skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Excellent people skills and able to communicate professionally


  • Minimum 2 years of related experience

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire


  • $13-$15 per hour USD

Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
