Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with E-Commerce experience for a full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily customer service, order processing and fulfillment.
Ideal candidates for this position will be tech savvy and enjoy a hands-on approach to customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Process internet orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls and emails quickly
- Analyze and offer resolutions to customer issues
- Various special projects
- Above average computer skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
- Excellent people skills and able to communicate professionally
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Full-time, Temp to Hire
- $13-$15 per hour USD
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
