Accounting Principals is Looking for Customer Service Reps IMMEDIATELY in Largo, FL. This is an outbound call center environment within a large healthcare organization on a contract basis. Qualified candidates must be hardworking and metrics-driven.
- Make outbound calls to customers to explain risks and benefits of using their service
- Identify consumers issues and create solutions with other members
- Document customers needs within software in order to better assist in the future
- Maintain standard metrics
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and maintain workflow
- High school diploma of GED required
