OPEN HOUSE for Customer Service Representative on August 27th
We are currently searching for several outgoing and committed Customer Service Representatives in Pittsburgh, Pa. The position is in Moon Township, not on a bus line. You will be providing excellent customer service skills and be an integral part of a team by making phone calls and retrieving and updating required documentation information. As our ideal candidate, you will be a service-oriented individual and have superb communication skills.
The assignment is temporary for approximately 3 to 6 months. Training is provided for the first couple of weeks which includes computer/software training, virtual training and shadowing a senior member of the team. Our client requires a background check prior to starting the assignment. The job is M-F. During the first weeks of training it will be a 40-hour work week with a $15.00 an hour pay rate. After training is completed, the weekly hours would be 50-60 and any overtime would pay time-and-a-half, which would be $22.50 an hour.
