Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position within the automotive industry in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a contract-to-hire role that will assist customers and provide administrative support.

This is a fast-paced position that will interact with all levels of customers and provide exceptional customer service. Primary tasks will include face to face and phone inquiries, support and solutions. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and able to navigate stressful situations with a smile.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and process payments
  • Assist customers
  • File documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Complete sale documents
  • Contact customers
  • Answer multiple phone lines

Qualifications include:

  • Experience providing great customer service
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Previous auto dealership experience helpful


  • Positive outlook
  • Able to thrive in a hectic environment and handle stressful situations with ease
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Good math and typing skills
  • Able to learn new software quickly
  • Strong attention to details
  • Able to stand for long periods at a time


  • Minimum 2 years of related experience

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire


  • $13-$15 per hour

Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
  • Able to work overtime as needed
