Job Description
Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position at a well-established automotive parts company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily on taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service.   Candidates must be able to work M-F for 8 hours shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.  Shift start and end times may vary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking orders and answering customer questions by phone
  • Entering data into spreadsheets
  • Sending orders out to be shipped
  • Qualifications include:

  • Previous customer service experience (automotive a plus)
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with AX system a plus
  • Skills:

  • Able to navigate Excel spreadsheets with ease and input information
  • Strong ten-key and data entry skills
  • Able to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $12.50 per hour USD
  • Work Hours:

  • 7:00 am – 7pm – 8 hours shifts with varying start and end times
  • Monday - Friday
