As a Client Service Specialist you will be responsible for creating and building lasting relationships through communication and customer service. You will also set up, manage and update customer accounts ensuring information is accurate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound calls to provide customer service regarding client billing and collections
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests in order to maintain accuracy
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly by investing and correcting errors
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
• Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast pace environment
• 1-2 years of Collections or Customer Service experience
• Business to Business Collections preferred
