Accounting Principals is looking for a Construction Accountant to work for a client located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Construction Accountant will be responsible for duties such as construction draws, liens, AIA billing, NTOs and various other accounting duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a small office environment. Beautiful office building!
Requirements:
-Prior construction accounting experience
-Bachelor's Degree in related field
-Knowledge of Accounting or ERP software
-Experience with residential or commercial construction a plus
-Strong Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks experience
This is a direct hire role with a salary range of 45,000-50,000.
