- 3+ month contract
- Answer 100+ Inbound calls daily, responding and returning customer calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with other CSR staff to resolve customer sales and service inquiries consistent with company goals and standards.
- Determine customer needs.
- Offer appropriate products and services.
- Close sales and maintain accurate customer records.
- 2 years call center experience
- High volume inbound call experience
- Comfortable accepting escalation calls
- High School diploma or equivalent
