Bookkeeper

We are working closely with our client in the Gilbert area to bring on an experience Bookkeeper/Office manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of bookkeeper experience, familiar with using QuickBooks, and looking to continue to grow their career. This position would be compensated $15 an hour.

Requirements

REQUIRED: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

REQUIRED: Familiar with QuickBooks

Proficient in Microsoft office

Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Greet incoming clients and answer incoming calls

File necessary documents and keep accurate record keeping

Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Maintain accurate and up to date accounts

Verify, allocate and post transactions

Assist with reconciling accounts entries

Other administrative duties as needed

Complete other projects in a timely manner
