The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. To qualify, you must have 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or administrative support role and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter date into GL
- Debit, credit, and total accounts on Excel spreadsheets
- Code documents in compliance with company standards
- Prepare bank deposits
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and handling routine correspondence.
- Associate’s degree preferred in accounting or relevant experience (3+ years)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
