Administrative Assistant Job in San Diego, CA
Ajilon is partnering with a company in the agriculture industry to fill their open administrative assistant role on a temporary basis. This company is located in the Oceanside area. This position would provide direct administrative support to the sales manager. This is a family-founded organization focused on helping communities. This is a temporary opportunity for approximately three months, paying $16.00 per hour.
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding them as appropriate
- Placing outbound calls on behalf of the sales team
- Filing and other clerical duties, as needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Some experience in sales, retail, or similar field
- Working knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
Compensation & Duration:
- $16.00 per hour
- Temporary for approximately three months
