Job Description
Accounting Principals is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for our client in the Lewis Center, OH area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of high volume accounts payable processing experience.  This position will focus on entering invoices, vendor reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and responding to vendors. 

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • 3 way matching
  • High volume invoice processing
  • Researching invoice discrepancies and communicating with store locations/vendors regarding products
  • Entering invoices for payment 
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
  • 3 way matching experience
  • ERP system experience is preferred 
  • Experience with exceptions and deductions
  • Team player mentality and strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
