Accounting Admin with Customer Service


Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounting Admin/Customer Service professional with 3 years of experience for a full-time job at an Automotive organization located in Santa Fe Springs, California.  This is an onsite contract-to-hire role.


This role entails of assisting customers by phone or email and entering invoices into SAGE.  Our ideal candidate will serve customers by providing information and resolving service problems, and able to work comfortably with numbers and have attention to detail.  If you are looking for a new career opportunity – apply online today!





  • Provide excellent customer service by listening and understanding customer needs and resolve concerns.
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents, and word processing.
  • Enter invoices into SAGE



  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively



  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, SAGE experience (a plus)



  • 1+ years of data entry experience and 3 years of customer service



    $17 - $19/hour


    Work Hours:


    7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
