Our company is currently seeking ​a part-time Administrative Assistant /Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative: client support & follow up
  • Bookkeeping: billing/ accounts payable / bank reconciliation
  • Maintain records & filings
  • General: calendar/ mail / filing / supplies
  • Appx: 20 hours/ week

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience: Billing & Accounts Payable
  • Strong organizational / administrative skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Customer-service oriented / professional demeanor
  • Responsible & dependable
