Marketing Associate: The position includes coordinating marketing efforts with our head of IT & Graphic Design, performing administrative work to support company principals and brokers, and spear heading the firms social media initiative.
SullivanHayes is a commercial real estate company based in Farmington, CT. The company specializes in retail, hospitality and mixed use properties throughout New England. This means we work with various corporate brands in the retail and restaurant industry to help them negotiate, lease, build, and represent them in their store expansion efforts. The Marketing Associate will work alongside colleagues to create marketing material for these existing clients, for pitching new clients, and for all ongoing corporate marketing campaigns currently underway.
Although 40 years old, thanks to our newest generation of team members we’re as young as ever and focused on growing our online presence and brand through our social media and other online efforts. You’ll experience working with and impacting incredible brands in their expansion efforts throughout New England including Starbucks, REI, LA Fitness, Chase Bank, Taco Bell, Aldi, CVS and more.
Specifically you’ll play a role in the company’s new social media push to promote our clients, our company, New England retail, New England lifestyle, and the broader hospitality industry. This allows you to have a direct impact on the success of the company, the brand of the company and the vision of the company as we craft our online image.

Overall the associate will learn about the retail and real estate industries in general, but will also gain an understanding for branding, project management, leasing, finance, construction and real estate law.
