Program & Project Management Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA): Provide end-to-end program/project support, including scoping and requirements through deployment, or support specific areas of a project for Accenture or our clients. Develop technical specifications and related documentation. Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Analyze functional and technical business requirements, and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement of current processes. Provide production support and resolve incidents. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following:
Managing design and development of RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (API) in Spring Boot framework with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF);
Drafting test artifacts, including Test Strategies/Approaches, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Requirements Traceability Matrices;
Reviewing test deliverables and providing feedback to ensure they meet expectations;
Validating requirements by testing and assessing deliverables in an Agile Scrum delivery model; and
Utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, Tosca Test Automation tool, and Rally Agile Delivery Management tool.
Of the required experience, 2 years of experience must be in each of the following:
Triaging production issues utilizing Splunk;
Managing static and dynamic content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); and
Working with Microservices-based integration architecture.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
