Director IMO - Integrations, Mergers, Acquisitions

The IMO Director will lead a team of Project Managers and Analysts responsible for integrating various deals sourced out of the Corporate Development department, including Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Venture deal types. This role will work closely with the COO, the Corporate Development Team and various corporate staff groups to ensure appropriate hand-offs occur to ensure the newly acquired entity meets all synergy targets, is integrated into the AccentCare corporate support model, clinical operating model and appropriate shared services. The IMO Director will create shared accountability for meeting all schedules, targets and timelines.
This Leader must be comfortable with healthy conflict, sorting out / resolving conflicting priorities and communicating for resolution at the Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership level within the organization. This Leader will most likely govern a portfolio of projects and ensure that the portfolio is healthy and that portfolio status is appropriately communicated at various levels of the organization, ensuring that risks and key milestones are effectively managed, from the LOI stage of a deal through operational hand-off to core operations. Support key operational strategies and initiatives as requested. Main Responsibilities - Lead integration efforts for specific M&A and JV deals by providing guidance on best practices related to project managing integration projects, coaching on how to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, using an IMO scorecard as a means to measure success based on completion of key milestones, and coach team performance issues. Lead team of project managers to effectively integrate M&A and JV deals ensuring quality controls in place and key milestones in the deal/integration lifecycle.
Lead IMO analyst to maintain diligence tracking software and track/catalogue diligence documentation. Participate and engage on supporting Key Operational Strategies and Initiatives that reinforce or support operational best practices as identified and prioritize by COO and required by project. Lead efforts to continuously improve IMO processes, playbooks, and resource needs. Additional Expectations - * Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards. * Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare. * Additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other manager related to the position/department. Experience and Education Requirements - * 5 - 10 years of project management experience with progressive supervisory experience * Business operations and IT support preferred * Experience supporting operational initiatives, DE Novo operational start-up projects, and integration of smaller operational organizations into larger, more mature organizations. * Background or experience driving team accountability of bank approved synergy plans * Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
