Manage the Alarm Project Team's calendar including scheduling Project Kick
-off meetings and making updates to regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders.
Actively participate in on
-going project update meetings with vendors.
Coordinate project details such as notifying Central Monitoring Station of mobilizations and transitions, sending kick
-off meeting recaps, updating project trackers appropriately, archiving project documents, etc.
Create work orders to repair failed assets.
Record requests for information and change orders and highlight project deficiencies in project scope, plans and specifications.
Problem solve with support of Program Owner.
Other job duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year
Project/Process Management experience w/ multiple, technical development projects retail merchandising or marketing experience.

Effectively interact and transact business with vendor/client partners.
Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects deliver on
-time, accurately and with the desired quality of product.

Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), Smartsheet and working in web applications.
