Acara Solutions is hiring a Market Research Analyst in Fremont, CA. Working for a manufacturer of precision gas and chemical delivery subsystems to support leading semiconductor capital equipment manufacturers worldwide. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares reports and analyses, which require the interpretation of data.
-Quarterly TAM/SAM Analysis
-Quarterly MeriMeko Charts
-Quarterly Market Share Analysis
Conduct analysis current and prospective client database for the use of sales tracking and marketing strategy development
Maintain Customer and Supplier Master File
Evaluate and analyze program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategies.
Analyzes existing and potential product/ service markets
Research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organizations in the marketplace
Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
Evaluate product performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives
Advise sales team on any relevant product concerns
Collect and analyze data on established and prospective customers and on competitors and their products
Write various types of customer documentation
Work independently with moderate supervision, flexible schedule
Needs consistency in the timing, accuracy and consolidation of reports for all customers
Required Skills / Qualifications:
-2+ years marketing data analysis experience
- Data Mining, vlookups, formulas, troubleshooting
-Worked in Salesforce or other CRM experience creating dashboards for Sales
-Knowledge of Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry desirable.
-Good demonstrated customer service skills
-Ability to interact with other members of the organization
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
