Attorneys in these positions have responsibility for every aspect of their cases, from intake to resolution, including, drafting demand letters, advising clientele and colleagues, developing litigation, investigating, conducting training and participating in policy development. They must be able to work both as a key team member and independently, communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, outside attorneys and expert witnesses. Cases cover a wide range of types of matters, including abuse and discrimination and the provision of supportive services.
