Architectural Project Manager  

Wyomissing, PA

Our architectural client has an employment opportunity for a Project Manager who will take architectural projects through all phases of initial planning and schematic design documentation to construction completion.  This reputable, award-winning client is consistently recognized for their exceptional quality work, knowledge and skills, hard-working with and for their clients, and exceeding all expectations.  Versatility is key as they design and complete projects in the areas of academic, business and government, housing, industrial, recreation, restoration, and worship.

As an Architectural Project Manager, specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

●        Project Management.

●        Design, Modeling, and Documentation in 3D/BIM environment.

●        Existing Conditions Survey and Evaluation.

●        Material and Finishes Selection.

●        Specification Writing.

●        Cost Estimating.

●        Bidding and Construction Contract Administration.

●        Collaborate and coordinate with consulting engineers.

●        Manage and guide production staff to expect standards of design.

●        Fluency in working in the ArchiCAD BIM platform; adhere to and further develop company CAD standards.

●        Bring projects to completion on time and within the project budget.

Architectural Technology:

●        ArchiCAD BIM,

●        Revit,

●        Autocad, or comparable 3D design platforms for all phases.

Qualifications:

●         Bachelor's of Architecture accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board

  • Master's of Architecture, preferred

●        Minimum of 2 years Senior Project Manager role, +8 years of professional architecture experience.

●        +5 years of professional project experience working within ArchiCAD (preferred), Revit, or comparable 3D design platforms.

●        Technical Specification writing in CSI format.

●        Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
