Vehicle Operations Analyst & Auditor - Special Transit

Special Transit Project vehicle tracking and management
Oversees and daily reporting on every detail of Special Transit vehicles
Measuring and achieving and reporting on special transit Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Liaison to internal multiple VWGoA teams to ensure for smooth transportation process, tracking of VINs, correct system and status updates to maintain integrity
Liaison to external vendors to provide updates and address risks / concerns

Role Responsibilities
Act as direct liaison with supplier partners and internal stakeholders:
o To track and control vehicle status and data and event accuracy throughout the transit process
o To ensure vehicle locations are accurately reflected in systems
o To ensure all vehicles are properly accounted for throughout the transportation process
Development measurements of KPI's for vendors
Ensure KPIs for area of responsibility are met: performance monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, etc.
Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting to Vehicle Logistics, Brand Team and Management (verbal and written communication)
Drive performance improvement by regularly analyzing and identifying trends during project lifecycle that require change / adjustment to ensure performance and cost effectiveness
Maintain constant, transparent communication with Vehicle Logistics management, Senior Management and Brand team to ensure highest quality care and avoidance of delayed or missing vehicles.
Analyze problem areas and implement innovative solutions to achieve KPIs
Accomplish organizational goals by owning and accepting challenges that drive business improvement

Qualifications
Experience
1-3 years of experience in logistics, auditing or accounting field
Education
Required
Bachelor's Degree
