- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Process incoming mail and packages
- Arrange travel and make reservations (flights, hotels, cars, etc…)
- Assist with coordination of trade shows and conferences
- Compile and enter data into our accounting system
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and check for accuracy.
- Perform general office tasks as required
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to contribute positively to the team environment
- Willingness and desire to learn and improve
- Own transportation is a plus
