Job Description

Contract to Hire -  Conversion Rate: $16.50/hr.

Description: Must have IT Experience HELP DESK ANALYST: This position will support the scope as outlined below. The resource(s) will take calls from the Customer and will follow Customer processes to resolve the issues. Hardware will be provided and maintained per Customer processes. Help Desk Support Services: a) Answer incoming calls from the Customer authorized end-users b) Resolve issues following Customer provided standard operating procedures c) Document issue and resolution in Customer provided ticketing system d) Expedite issues that are unable to be fixed at the help desk e) Maintain the incoming call announcement f) Serve as backup to Depot Services Example of supported items: a) Windows 7 b) L1 support a. Email user support b. Mobile printer support c) GE Integrated Parts Catalog d) MS Outlook Anywhere e) Verizon Connection Software f) Bluetooth g) McAfee Antivirus h) McAfee Drive Encryption i) Internet Explorer j) Getac Toughbook k) Laptop Truck Docks l) Bluetooth Printer m) GPS Device n) NewFi Cables
