Client Harvard is looking for a tech to provide support in reference to a BUSINESS VIDEO GAME. Looking for the tech to test, analyze, and provide feedback to the teacher. This will be a consulting role to make the game better. In addition, the tech will also support our existing team onsite. Dell hardware but the people skills are very high, dealing with Professors only, no students , long sleeve shirts during the school year. Service Now ITSM is the ticketing system. 3+ Years' Experience required.
1. Heavy windows base
2. IMAC work. Install of new systems.
3. MAC work will be limited.
4. Professors put their orders in and we get them to setup.
5. 1 setup in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
6. We support faculty and professors.
7. Approx. 270 professors. A lot of refresh.
