AZDS is a growing digital agency offering innovative marketing and technology solutions to top-tier luxury travel brands in the hospitality, real estate, and private aviation industries. We’re all friends here and are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team to manage client website content, implement booking engine software, support client operations, and assist with inbound support tickets.
This is a mid-level position with ample room for growth; the Digital Marketing Specialist will work directly with our EVP of Operations and Data Scientist.
We think of ourselves as “hospitalians” and above all your job will be to accommodate our five-star clients the way they accommodate theirs. Working in a small agency, your role will be multi-faceted, client-facing, and require a strong dedication to both client service and digital knowledge. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within a variety of CMS platforms (especially Wordpress) and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also have a personality suited for client service and support.

What to expect day to day:
-Managing client websites, client support, and digital operations
-Managing client deliverables
-Managing and optimizing content updates on client websites
-Helping support and answer client requests
-Implementing booking engine software and API integrations
-Attending key meetings
-Team and/or department support
-2-5 years industry experience within website, content, and account management
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
-Strong understanding of creating, editing, and managing content within a CMS (Wordpress)
-Basic experience with creating, editing, and optimizing HTML/CSS
-Customer service skills
-Ability to lead client meetings, present solutions, and work within a team.
-Understanding of Google best practices
-Experience within Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and additional Google platforms
-Deadline-driven and able to balance multiple projects while staying organized
-SEO knowledge a bonus
