AZDS is a growing digital agency offering innovative marketing and technology solutions to top-tier luxury travel brands in the hospitality, real estate, and private aviation industries. We’re all friends here and are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the team and lead our content department, which produces monthly travel content for luxury hotels and aviation companies.
The ideal candidate is a talented editorial and brand writer, a detail-oriented editor (for both grammar and direction), a deadline-driven team player, and a proven manager experienced in client communication. Agency and travel experience preferred.
This position is available to start as soon as possible and offers significant room for growth.
We think of ourselves as “hospitalians” and above all your job will be to accommodate our five-star clients the way they accommodate theirs. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop long-term content marketing strategies and calendars, write and edit editorial-level travel content, copywrite for client websites and email campaigns, oversee our team of in-house and freelance writers, and manage content distribution and outreach. Working in a small agency, you will also be assisting in secondary areas like SEO, social media, analytics, influencer partnerships, and client relations and support.

What to Expect Day-to-Day:
-Collaborating with the content team to develop long-term content calendars to execute each client’s digital strategy
-Managing in-house and freelance writers to provide editorial direction; maintain client voice and tone; edit for grammar, style, and structure; and ensure monthly content calendars are completed on time
-Writing editorial travel content and copywriting for client websites and/or email campaigns
-Managing social influencer outreach and content distribution
-Client relations and support; presenting and demonstrating ROI to clients
-Proofing analytics reports
-SEO implementation and facilitation
-Social media consulting
-2-5 years of experience in content marketing and brand writing; agency experience preferred, with any SEO experience a bonus
-1-2 years of management experience
-Excellent writing ability
-Strong editing skills with attention to grammar, flow, and editorial direction
-Meticulous attention to detail with strong organization skills
-Strong understanding of content marketing best practices
-Familiarity with website CMS platforms, especially WordPress (Squarespace and Sitecore a bonus)
-Familiarity with Google Analytics and analytical reporting
-Ability to think on your feet
-Strong personal and communication skills
