AZ Perfect Comfort of Phoenix, AZ is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. This part-time position is offered a competitive wage of $16-$20, depending on experience level, with the opportunity for additional bonuses when targeted goals are met or exceeded. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 12:30, with the opportunity to advance to a full-time position with a proven track record of success in the position. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you are the first person our customers interact with. Your strong communication skills allow you to make each interaction a positive experience. You take phone calls to and from customers, dispatching/directing technicians, maintaining customer records and accounts in our database.
You schedule all maintenance agreements and tune-ups on a timely basis and make outbound customer service follow-up calls. You order parts and set return calls. On a call, you are explaining the Perfect Comfort Club membership to customers. You are also in charge of the collection of receivables. You champion the renewal efforts of all Club agreements and support the follow-up calls of any direct marketing done by the company.
You communicate with customers any specials, offering accessory sales of identified products on truck stock air cleaners, UV lights, CO Detection, Thermostats, etc. You also report all relevant information, reports, and data to the Manager as required, and keep the CSR department neat, clean, and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
- Ability to multitask and utilize time efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve customer concerns
