A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
In this part-time CSR and administrative role, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions whether in person or on the phone verifying scheduled services and assisting with inquiries. You also enjoy contributing to our success by reaching out to prospective customers over the phone.
We rely on you to keep our operations running efficiently. Using your organizational skills, you maintain the schedule and confirm appointments with the dispatcher. You keep on top of customer files by checking for expired service agreements and following up for renewals. You ensure each job has the equipment needed, verify warranties, and register all newly installed equipment. To maintain high-quality services, you upload photos from our technicians, ensuring accuracy for each job. You keep our office clean and assist with office filing. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping our operations on track!
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Well groomed - will need to comply with company dress code

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time CSR position typically works 7:00 am - 11:30 am OR 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm, with one 15-minute break.
