AZPetVet is hiring a Pet Stylist (Groomer) for our busy animal hospital!

Commission starts at 53%!

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Pet Stylist (groomer), you will provide high quality grooming services to the pets. When you join the AZPetVet team, you will help create positive, lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

• Perform full realm of grooming services including bathing, brushing, and clipping
• Ability to perform standard grooming techniques as well as learn new skills
• Cleaning and disinfecting the salon, equipment and grooming tools daily
• Provide WOW customer service to clients and their pets

How You'll Succeed:

• Experience safely and efficiently grooming dogs and cats with calm and compassion.
• Have strong interpersonal and oral-communication skills
• Have your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• General knowledge of the sanitation of grooming tools and supplies
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, sometimes for several hours.
• Ability to walk, use hands and fingers, reach, hunch over pets, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and crawl.
• Ability to push and pull equipment is necessary for moving tables and cleaning the grooming area.
• Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 40 pounds.
• You must request assistance for helping when lifting pets in excess of 40 pounds.
• Ability to hear pets and have vision to perform grooms.
