We are seeking an organized Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. The Client Relations Specialist will manage customer queries and service requests including processing orders, making modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels. Bilingual CRS will also provide over the phone interpretation for various clients.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
*Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
*Responding promptly to customer inquiries
*Communicating with customers through various channels
*Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
*High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
*Experience working with client service or call centers
*Bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred
