Job Description NOTICE OF JOB OPENING Assembly Line Team Member Summary – Carry-On Trailers - An ATW Company is currently in need of team members on each of our assembly lines. Experience is not necessary, we will train the successful candidates. Insurance and benefits are available. We are currently offering a $1,000 hire on bonus. Qualifications – The successful candidate will be able to proficiently perform a variety of duties. Team member will be evaluated on the ability to perform duties. Language skills – The ability to read and interpret documents such as blue prints, diagrams. The ability to understand instructions in English and/or Spanish is helpful. Physical Demands – The physical demands for this position include, but are not limited to: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities by this job include color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment – The work environment characteristics could be, but are not limited to: The employee will be standing for most of the work day. Temperature will vary with the outside temperature. The employee could be exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is loud. There is risk of personal injury involved with the job. Education and/or Experience – A high school diploma or GED is required to hold this position. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
