We need someone who can persistently follow up on the contacts entering the company's pipeline and document each interaction. This position will require strong sells and customer service skills. Must also have extensive computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. We run our office in a perfectionist manner and expect the same out of all employees.
Lead a team of analyst/brokers
Create, train and manage the team on SOPs
Liaison between owner, employees and clients
Call prospects and document calls
Independently schedule calls to keep the prospects moving up the sales pipeline
Understand the sales pipeline
Issue CRM reports and act upon them
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists and CRM
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Complete regularly scheduled reports
Maintain a filing system
Fill out agreements and review closing documents.
Proven sales support experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Understand CRM functions
Excellent phone personality
