Outside Sales Representative

This job is for someone that is seeking for a career growth opportunity with unlimited commission potential. This is a base plus commission job. We are seeking to hire an experience outside Sales Professional. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus! This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading sales opportunities.  Base plus an excellent commission package.  You can make over $100K 1st year!

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outside sales and cold calling experience required

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Bilingual/Spanish a plus

Previous experience in outside sales, either in a service industry or staffing

Reliable transportation is a must.

Adaptable/flexible

Must be able to attend afterhours events in occasions.

Sales goal oriented

Excellent interpersonal skills

Manage complex negations with senior level executives.

Implement and manage detailed marketing programs for sales, calls, direct mail, in office demonstrations and public relations for assigned sales areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College or High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in outside sells
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed.
• Reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.
