We are now looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential prospects by speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up demos or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
- High sales activity role with daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for targeted call and qualifying prospects
- Partnering closely with Sales Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Building a point of view on how to help qualify customers’ needs
- Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections
- Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role within B2B sales
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
- Understanding of digital tools such as LinkedIN Navigator and Rocket Reach
- Track record of achieving sales quotas, and results oriented
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Residing in the USA
