Job Description

We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Compensation:

$150,000 on target earnings (base + commission)

Responsibilities:
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

  • Use relationship-building skills to develop a network of contractors, HOAs, and attorneys
  • Follow company sales processes; utilize CRM to document sales activity


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
  • A consistent top performer in sales

  • Industry or product knowledge is an advantage
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Applied skill in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience using a CRM
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • PA license is a plus, but if you don’t have it ATA will assist you in becoming licensed.
  • This position will require traveling by car for sales calls and appointments within the established territory.
