Customer Service Associate Retail

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to learn about our products and successfully provide information to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. We specialize in brand management and proudly represent some of the nation's biggest names in consumer electronics and wireless services. In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks in the Store that will help achieve our Customer service and operational goals. You will be accountable for knowing and achieving personal productivity goals and company productivity standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Interacting inside of retailers with both clients and customers.

• Assist customers through the sales process.

• Help customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues.

• Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.

• Open customer accounts by inputting account information.

• Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.

You will be required to:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Have flexible scheduling and limitations.

• Be able to lift up to 10 pounds if needed.

• Must be 18 years or older.
