Lumen Marketing is building up a new field sales team to support the growth of Lightspeed's fiber-optic broadband network in Michigan as well as to accelerate efforts to increase AT&T's Video, Broadband, and Wireless sales. Lumen Marketing is one of the largest AT&T dealers nationwide and Lightspeed has engaged us to build up their customer base as they spend $100 million over the next 3 years to grow their network.
Lumen Marketing is looking for individuals who have experience in Sales and/or Customer Service to be trained for these Sales Representative positions. This role is heavily focused on face to face interactions with customers. Lightspeed Sales Representatives will be the face of the brand, bringing this service directly to new, eligible homes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact lists of 40-60 eligible customers a day. Successful Reps work between 2:30pm-8:30 pm daily.
- Answer all customer questions and help them find better solutions for their home needs at lower prices
- Keep Notes on Customer interactions to build a pipeline of interested customers
- Make sure current customers are 100% satisfied with their services and encourage referrals
- 1 year of Sales or Customer Service Background. Candidates we consider must show a track record of success in helping customers face-to-face
- Track Record of Responsibility. Candidates must be able to show they can get the job done every day with minimal supervision after their training period is completed.
- Desire to Grow, Personally and Professionally. Candidates must show they can represent a growing brand with professionalism, and be able to experience the benefits of a ground-floor opportunity.
- Great Commission Rates. Lightspeed Sales Representatives working with Lumen Marketing will make up to $310 per sale (Broadband and Video). Commissions are paid weekly.
