The candidate will be working in a busy office environment handling anything from basic clerical and secretarial tasks such as answering the phone, organizing and storing paperwork and computer-based information to data entry, verifying employee time and expense sheets, and making travel arrangements.
We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized, detailed professional with strong values and ethics that is able to multitask and learn. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and should be able to stay focused when working under pressure. He/she should have strong computer software and knowledge, including Mac OSX, Windows, Excel, Outlook. Ideal candidate should have experience with spreadsheets, time sheets, expense tracking, travel bookings, and should have good math skills.
Quickbooks knowledge is a big plus.
