IT Specialist III with MSP (managed support services) (Azure a must)

We are looking for a talented Tier III or a very strong Tier II for our MSP. We serve business clients in the Pacific NW.
Solid skills in troubleshooting, implementation, and maintenance of all levels of IT systems. Server installation and administration. Configuration and management of cloud systems, advanced application support, and holistic maintenance. CCNA Certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months (with a proven ability to work with Cisco) are a must.
Very strong project management skills and solid background. Understanding of the project management principles.
Provide technology support to ATS clients, onboarding, maintenance, and project work
Onsite and remote work at client offices for server and workstation deployments and administration, networking and technical repairs, fix operating system failures at the server and desktop level, complete quality technical documentation per protocols.
Intermediate level of administration for cloud servers, proven skills and experience with Azure.
Project work for ATS clients
Network equipment planning, configuration and implementation
Assist, train, and mentor level I and II technical staff
Follow technical documentation standards, complete ConnectWise data entry
Embrace new technologies, pursue industry certifications, participate in available training
24/7 After hours' urgent response (occasional)
Provide an exceptional customer service experience to our clients and assist management with the improvements in customer service.
Technical and Computer Skills:
· Evidence of proficiency in relevant technologies with a min of 6 years of experience
· All of these:
Proven professional knowledge equivalent to these certifications can be accepted in leiu of official certification, as determined via interview, samples of work, and our proprietary exam. Subject to CTO review.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Virtualization technologies, Microsoft MTA, Cisco CCENT, or equivalent certification or provable practical experience using the systems
· understanding of network communication protocols including L3 switching and routing, SMTP, DNS, SMB, LDAP, VPN
· hardware and software skills to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, routers, firewalls, printers, and other technical equipment
· Eager to learn new technologies on an ongoing basis, patient with clients, excited about working with our valued customers
