The Branch Operations Coordinator will assist and support Sales Partners, branch personnel and Customers relative to all aspects of sales, vendor sourcing, cost management, development, and promotion of vendor relations with Associated Packaging in an efficient and professional manner.





  • Operational support (inventory control, consignment & 3PL’s, A/R review, machine deals, CSR training).
  • Assist in financial month end reconciliation.
  • Key sales requisitions, bills of lading and purchase orders relative to stock, direct and machinery orders.
  • Assists with training all existing and new employees according to procedures set forth by Associated Packaging.
  • Provide backup and assistance to other employees as needed.
  • Daily active inside support for certain key accounts including order entry, material purchasing, problem solving, following up with Customers, Sales Partners and vendors.
  • Manually inspect all outbound machinery orders.
  • Verify outbound shipments for the warehouse as needed.
  • Update the computer system with price changes as needed.
  • Negotiate with vendors in relation to pricing, quality and lead time as needed.
  • Review the billing edit list daily.
  • Help in quarterly physical inventory of material, parts and equipment.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager or VP of Sales.
  • Daily review of operational reports and act immediately as needed.
  • Work with Sales Partners and employees daily in a support staff role.
  • Promote and maintain good Customer, employee and vendor relationship while working with each to promote a positive and productive experience.
  • Resolve problems on damaged items by coordinating with vendors and customers: issue credit and debits as needed.



Education and/or Experience:


  • Minimum four-year degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) and knowledge relevant to operations and accounting procedures.
  • Remote Work/Flexible schedule available after successful completion of the introductory period.
