Concrete and Waterproofing Restoration Technician / Técnico en Restaur

Must be reliable, hard-working, and able to work well with others as well as independently, as
required. This position requires reliable transportation. We believe in continuous training,

A full benefits package is available upon completion of a 90-day probationary period, which

Experience: This is a specialized trade and would PREFER the following demonstrable skills:

• Caulking (Glazing is NOT equivalent experience)
• Damp proofing
• Sheet Waterproofing
• Fluid Applied Waterproofing
• Air Barriers
• Traffic Coatings
• Water Repellents
• Expansion Joints
• Non-Structural Concrete Patching Repair
• Waterproofing/Caulking: 5 years (Preferred)
