PRIMARY FUNCTION:     Perform the necessary cleaning functions of the front office areas, breakrooms, conference rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, and common areas of both plants.

SECONDARY FUNCTION:   Perform necessary cleaning functions of Production/QC areas of both plants on an as needed basis.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:      Vacuums, mops, brooms, dusters, clothes, spray bottles, paper shredder, etc.

MATERIALS:      Various cleaning agents, chemicals and detergents.  SDS for any materials will be provided upon request.

SOURCE OF SUPERVISION:      HR Manager

SAFETY

1.   All safety rules must be followed.  All required safety equipment (PPE) must be worn properly.

2.   Report all injuries to your supervisor regardless of how minor.

3.   All guards must be in place while cleaning.

4.   Safety Data Sheets will be provided upon request.  All new cleaning chemicals must be approved prior to use.

WORK PROCEDURES:

1.   Complete daily cleaning checklist at both plant locations.

2.   Complete secondary cleaning of production/QC areas as time permits during the week (minimum of 8 hours/week).  Plant Manager or Operations Manager will give a detailed list of work to be completed.

3.   Report any repair requirements to Maintenance Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:            Walking and standing on the concrete floor for extended periods of time.  Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. When lifting loads heavier than 50 lbs. use two or more people to lift load. Repetitive movements of hands and arms.
