Signage Sales Consultant

ASI Sign Systems is accepting applications for a qualified candidate to fill an immediate opening for an effective Signage Sales Consultant with a proven track-record of developing new accounts, managing strategic relationships and retaining highly-satisfied clients. The Signage Sales Consultant will focus on business development and value-creation through a consultative, solution-driven approach. As a Signage Sales Consultant, you will be supported by an experienced and resourceful team of project-managers, design-support team, and in-house manufacturing capacities with the ability to plan, implement, and deliver the highest quality solutions, anywhere in the United States.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieves sales quotas and gross-profit margins set forth in compensation plan
  • Establishes, retains, and expands profitable B2B relationships
  • Develop new sales leads from assigned targeted geographic territories
  • Evaluate prospects, opportunities and determines the best potential customers
  • Listens, understands, diagnoses, and proposes consultative signage solutions
  • Maintains up-to-date, accurate pipeline reporting in CRM system
  • Develops knowledge of company solutions, pricing, and positioning
  • Maintains knowledge of products, materials, solutions and applicable technologies
  • Maintains knowledge of target client industries and related construction processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years consultative sales experience
  • Experience with interior/exterior architectural signage solutions required
  • Skilled communicator through voice, in-person, and written communications
  • Skilled at warm calling and consultative selling
  • Digital-fluency, tech-savvy and adept at learning new technologies
  • Organized, process-driven, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet/exceed business development objectives
  • Collaborative with team-members, partners to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ability to present proposals and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Proactive networker who practices developing and expanding his/her social capital
  • Ability to develop relationships in: Healthcare, Corporate, Education, markets
