WHY ARGOS
At Argos, we understand that every customer and every project is different, which is why we partner with our customers to find what fits them best. We believe in helping you achieve your best results, each and every time. Our integrated network of resources enables builders to access better materials, technologies and constructive processes, and our team empowers people and companies so they can build in a more intelligent, efficient and productive way.

But it’s not enough for us to simply be your partner; instead, we’re committed to going above and beyond. We are driven by purpose in every aspect of our business, from our steadfast dedication to safety and protecting our environment to our commitment toward improving our communities and continuous innovation. Our partnership extends beyond the office, plant or job site and resonates in our communities daily.

That's ambitious. Now how do we actually do it?

It starts with our people. We’re genuinely interested in what is best for you, which means we offer products that actually make sense for you and allow you to make a well-informed decision. Then, we take it one step further. We take a genuine interest in understanding your needs, and our technical team works alongside your team as necessary to provide a product that suits your specifications—and maybe even saves you some time and money. Not only that, but our knowledgeable and helpful customer service teams are available throughout the process to answer questions and solve any problems that may occur.

Even when you don’t have time or just can’t reach out, we’ve developed Argos ONE, a comprehensive online platform that gives you easy and secure access to what you need, when you need it. From ordering, to tracking order progress and load status, to downloading important documents and even viewing reports, everything is just a click away. Not only that, but its mobile friendly, so you’re always in the loop. Our support is truly full circle.

Our great people are backed by an organization that not only believes in them, but believes in doing the right thing—even when it’s not the easy thing, even when it’s expensive or unpopular. So what do we believe the “right things” are?

Safety. We firmly believe that, in terms of health and safety, the only acceptable number is ZERO. We empower our employees to address any unsafe situation, and always behave in a safe way. Through our commitment to going above and beyond in the pursuit of safety, we’re helping to make our customers and communities safer. Learn more »
Environmental stewardship. We believe that we are all responsible to do our part to protect the environment. We have implemented several programs throughout the organization to help prevent, reduce, mitigate, correct, and compensate for both our current and future impacts.
Innovation and R&D. Our innovation and research and development programs help us stay on top of industry trends, provide customers with the cutting-edge and sustainable solutions they need, keep our employees and communities safe, and reduce our carbon footprint. Innovation is an integral component in all we do.
Community. We’re committed to giving back and creating value for our communities through our commitment to being good neighbors and allies, and through our volunteer work.

Lastly, we’re committed to continued growth and improvement in each of these areas: growth for our people and in our community involvement, improvement of our platforms, safety measures, environmental safeguards, and innovation. Our job is never done.
